  1. 1:  Select 'Save As' from the 'File' drop down menu.
  2. 2:  Click on the down arrow in the 'Save as Type' box.
  3. 3:  Select 'Text Only (*.txt)' from the options.
  4. 4:  Type the desired file name.
  5. 5:  Click on the 'Save' button.
